Rapido is one of India’s fastest‑growing mobility platforms, connecting commuters with two‑wheelers for quick, affordable rides across more than 30 cities. Founded in 2015, the company has raised multiple funding rounds and now boasts millions of monthly active users. Its mission is to make urban transportation seamless, safe, and sustainable, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimise routes, pricing, and driver‑partner experiences. The culture at Rapido is fast‑paced, data‑centric and highly collaborative, encouraging employees to experiment, fail fast and iterate quickly. The Customer Team focuses on the end‑to‑end experience of riders – from onboarding, ride‑booking, payment, to post‑ride support. As a Product Manager in this team, you will own the product lifecycle for features that directly impact rider satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and operations to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps, launch experiments, and measure impact. Key responsibilities include: 1. Define and prioritize product roadmap for rider‑facing features based on user research, data analysis and business goals. 2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover hidden pain points and validate hypotheses. 3. Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for cross‑functional teams. 4. Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery of MVPs and iterative improvements. 5. Design and run A/B tests, monitor KPIs such as NPS, ride completion rate, and churn. 6. Analyse large datasets using SQL/BigQuery to surface insights and drive data‑backed decisions. 7. Collaborate with design to craft intuitive UI/UX that aligns with Rapido’s brand. 8. Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. 9. Mentor junior PMs or interns and contribute to the product community within the company. 10. Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves and emerging technologies in mobility. Tech stack commonly used includes Python for data analysis, SQL/BigQuery for querying, Tableau/Looker for dashboards, and agile tools like Jira and Confluence. The product team follows Scrum with two‑week sprints. Growth path: Successful PMs can progress to Senior Product Manager, then Group Product Manager, and eventually Head of Product for a vertical. Rapido offers mentorship programs, internal mobility, and exposure to high‑impact projects that shape the future of urban mobility. Why join Rapido? You will be part of a mission‑driven startup that is redefining how millions travel daily. The role offers ownership, rapid learning, and the chance to see your ideas move from concept to production within weeks. If you thrive in a data‑rich, customer‑obsessed environment and want to make a tangible impact on India’s transportation landscape, Rapido’s Customer Team is the perfect place to launch your product career.

What is the difference between Implicit Wait, Explicit Wait, and Fluent Wait in Selenium? Answer β–Ό
Model Answer: Implicit Wait sets a global timeout for all element lookups. Explicit Wait pauses execution until a specific ExpectedCondition (e.g. elementToBeClickable) is met. Fluent Wait allows defining polling frequency and ignoring specific exceptions like NoSuchElementException.
Explain the Page Object Model (POM) and its advantages in Test Automation. Answer β–Ό
Model Answer: POM is a design pattern that creates an object repository for web UI elements. It separates test scripts from page locators, reducing code duplication and making maintenance easy when UI elements change.
How do you handle dynamic WebElements whose ID changes on page reload? Answer β–Ό
Model Answer: Use dynamic XPath methods like contains(), starts-with(), text(), or XPath axes (ancestor, following-sibling, parent) instead of brittle absolute paths.
What is the difference between @BeforeMethod and @BeforeClass in TestNG? Answer β–Ό
