As a junior developer, you will be part of a dynamic Scrum team, collaborating closely with senior engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists. Your primary focus will be on building responsive front‑end interfaces using React.js, while also supporting back‑end API development with Node.js and Express.

You will interact with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational (PostgreSQL) databases, implement secure authentication mechanisms using JWT, and maintain code quality through Git version control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code for server‑side APIs with Node.js and Express.
  • Design, implement, and optimize database schemas in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Integrate RESTful services and ensure proper error handling and data validation.
  • Implement JWT‑based authentication and authorization flows.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging sessions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional components.
  • Follow Agile methodologies, attend daily stand‑ups, and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Maintain documentation for APIs and technical specifications.
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies and best practices.

Tech Stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JWT, Git & GitHub.

Growth Path: Starting as a Junior Developer, you can progress to Mid‑Level Developer within 12‑18 months, then to Senior Engineer, Tech Lead, and eventually Architect roles, based on performance and skill acquisition. The company supports certifications and provides exposure to diverse domains, accelerating career growth.

Why Join Racca Infotech? You will gain hands‑on experience with the full MERN stack on live projects, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and enjoy a supportive environment that values innovation, learning, and work‑life harmony.

Technical questions 4
What is the bias-variance tradeoff and how do you prevent overfitting? Answer
Model answer: High bias leads to underfitting (oversimplified model), high variance leads to overfitting (captures noise). Mitigate using L1/L2 Regularization, Dropout, Cross-Validation, and data augmentation.
Explain the difference between Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. Answer
Model answer: Precision = TP / (TP + FP) (correctness of positive predictions). Recall = TP / (TP + FN) (coverage of actual positives). F1-Score is the harmonic mean of Precision and Recall.
How does Gradient Descent work and what is the role of Learning Rate? Answer
Model answer: It optimizes loss functions by iteratively moving weights in the direction of negative gradient. A large learning rate may overshoot the minimum; a small rate causes slow convergence.
What is the difference between Supervised, Unsupervised, and Self-Supervised learning? Answer
Model answer: Supervised uses labeled data (X -> y). Unsupervised finds hidden patterns in unlabeled data (clustering/PCA). Self-supervised generates labels from input data (e.g. masked language modeling in BERT/Transformers).
