The Associate Data Analyst – Global Procurement & Planning COE will be part of the Customer Operations team, supporting data‑driven decision‑making across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics and customer care. This early‑career role offers a fast‑track learning curve, exposing the analyst to SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Power BI/Tableau dashboards and cross‑functional collaboration with planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams. The analyst will turn raw operational data into actionable insights that directly influence service levels, inventory health and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other enterprise systems. 2. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. 3. Monitor key performance indicators across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory and customer service. 4. Identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities, presenting findings to global stakeholders. 5. Document and map order‑fulfillment and supply‑chain processes in line with Revvity standards. 6. Support root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for process bottlenecks. 7. Ensure data accuracy across reporting databases and assist in SAP data extraction. 8. Participate in digital transformation projects, contributing analytical expertise. 9. Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, customer service and manufacturing teams. 10. Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
