Coordinate with BCO, GRBs, Risk, Credit Operations, Global Payments Solutions and Global Trade Solutions teams to ensure smooth servicing of corporate customers. 3. Assist in account opening, KYC remediation and regulatory closures for client portfolios. 4. Collate and prepare MIS reports as per business requirements. 5. Gather financial information and security documentation from clients. 6. Monitor credit quality of the portfolio and recommend remedial actions when needed. 7. Ensure compliance with internal, legal and financial‑crime regulations. 8. Participate in audit and regulatory recommendation implementation. 9. Handle operational queries and support other day‑to‑day client‑related matters. 10. Contribute to live project work that adds value to the bank’s corporate banking division. Tech Stack & Tools: Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), PowerPoint for presentations, basic knowledge of banking software (e.g., Bloomberg, internal CRM tools) and familiarity with data‑analysis concepts.
