As a Data Analyst at PharmaForceIQ, you will be the analytical backbone of the platform, turning raw interaction data into actionable insights for brand managers, sales teams and product strategists. You will work closely with crossβfunctional teamsβproduct, engineering, marketing and client servicesβto understand business problems, design analytical solutions, and communicate findings that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources including CRM, digital touchpoints and thirdβparty health databases.
2. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies relevant to client campaigns.
3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Powerβ―BI for internal stakeholders and external pharma clients.
4. Write efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform and load (ETL) data for reporting.
5. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build predictive models where applicable.
7. Prepare concise, visual reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
8. Ensure data governance, security and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
9. Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, AI techniques and industry best practices to continuously improve analytical workflows.
10. Mentor junior analysts or interns on data handling best practices and analytical thinking.
Tech Stack: SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), Excel, Tableau/Powerβ―BI, Git, AWS S3, basic knowledge of machineβlearning libraries (scikitβlearn) is a plus.
Growth Path: Starting as a junior analyst, you can progress to Senior Data Analyst, then to Analytics Lead or Product Analytics Manager, eventually moving into data science or strategic roles within PharmaForceIQβs expanding analytics practice.
