The HR Service Delivery New Associate role sits within Accentureβs Recruitment Centre of Excellence. The team partners with business units to design and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pools and meet aggressive hiring targets. As a fresh graduate, you will get handsβon exposure to the endβtoβend recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding, while working alongside seasoned recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Create and manage job requisitions in the recruitment system.
2. Build and nurture talent communities for both active and passive candidates.
3. Source candidates using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, Google Ads and offline channels.
4. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments and shortlist candidates.
5. Schedule and coordinate interview panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
6. Facilitate reference checks, background verifications and onboarding formalities.
7. Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and maintain upβtoβdate records.
8. Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and suggest improvements.
9. Support vendor invoicing by raising purchase orders.
10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus outreach programs.
The role does not demand a specific technical stack but expects proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), familiarity with ATS tools, and strong command of sourcing techniques such as Boolean logic and social recruiting.
