**Role Summary**
The APAC Payroll Analyst will own end‑to‑end payroll processing for the three key APAC markets, act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, and partner with third‑party vendors such as ADP to guarantee accurate and compliant payroll runs. The analyst will also champion automation opportunities, leveraging AI tools to streamline case handling, data validation, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Process payroll for India, Australia, and Singapore, ensuring adherence to local tax, statutory, and contribution rules.
2. Manage employee data changes in Workday HCM and validate synchronization with ADP and other payroll providers.
3. Resolve employee and manager inquiries via Basecamp and the case‑management system, maintaining detailed records and timely closure.
4. Create and update knowledge‑base articles to improve self‑service adoption.
5. Conduct regular compliance checks, including Superannuation (Australia) and CPF (Singapore) audits.
6. Identify repetitive pain points and propose AI‑enabled automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new AI tools.
8. Participate in regional and global HR projects aimed at improving payroll accuracy and employee experience.
9. Prepare year‑end payroll reports and assist internal/external auditors.
10. Uphold data confidentiality and security standards across all payroll activities.
