The International Voice Process Executive role is a frontβline position that directly interacts with customers from the United States and other Englishβspeaking regions. The executive will be part of Tech Mahindraβs Customer Success and Service Operations wing, handling inbound voice calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering product information with a focus on high customer satisfaction. The position operates on a rotational nightβshift schedule and offers a blend of officeβbased work in the vibrant Hitech City campus of Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Answer inbound international calls and address customer queries promptly.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software or hardware.
3. Provide clear explanations of product features, pricing plans and company policies.
4. Maintain short average handling time while achieving high CSAT scores.
5. Log and close tickets in the CRM system adhering to quality standards.
6. Meet daily and monthly performance targets such as AHT, call volume and resolution rate.
7. Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
8. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product releases.
9. Contribute to knowledgeβbase articles and process improvements.
10. Uphold data privacy and security guidelines during every interaction.
The tech stack for this role typically includes VoIP platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco), CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk), ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting utilities. Career growth can progress from Voice Executive to Team Lead, Operations Manager, and eventually to roles in Quality Assurance or Process Management.
