The Junior Business Analyst role is designed for recent graduates or earlyβcareer professionals who are passionate about translating business needs into actionable solutions. As a member of the Business Analysis team, you will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and ensure that deliverables meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Supporting the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
3. Participating in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
4. Translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
5. Drafting basic wireframes or mockups to aid requirement clarity.
6. Conducting gap analysis and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
7. Maintaining requirement traceability matrices.
8. Coordinating between business stakeholders, QA, and development teams.
9. Preparing meeting notes, status reports, and other documentation.
10. Continuously improving documentation standards and processes.
The tech stack you will encounter includes JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, and Miro, alongside standard MS Office tools. You will also gain exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and the SDLC.
