Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream). Strong command over English (mandatory). Preference for candidates fluent in Telugu, Hindi, or Odia. Good knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare processes is a plus. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Minimum aggregate of 55% in 10+2/Graduation. Freshers and candidates up to 1 year of experience are eligible. Must be willing to work rotational shifts as per business needs.

The role of Domestic Voice Process Executive in the Healthcare Voice Process team is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with a 10+2 background who are eager to start a career in the BPO sector. The position is based at Tech Mahindraβs Pranava One Building in Hyderabad, a modern campus that offers easy access to public transport and a vibrant work environment. The candidate will be part of a large cohort of 200 new hires, working under a structured training program that equips them with the necessary medical terminology, call handling etiquette, and CRM tool proficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound calls from patients seeking appointments, information about health packages, or clarification on medical queries.
2. Making outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on pending documentation, and promote healthcare packages.
3. Accurately entering call details and patient information into the CRM system.
4. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with patients across different regional languages.
5. Achieving daily callβhandling targets and quality scores set by the operations team.
6. Escalating complex issues to senior supervisors or the client team as per SOPs.
7. Participating in regular performance reviews and skillβenhancement workshops.
8. Adhering to rotational shift schedules β male candidates may work night shifts, while female candidates are assigned day rotations.
9. Contributing to team knowledgeβsharing sessions to improve overall service quality.
10. Ensuring compliance with dataβprivacy and healthcare regulations.
The tech stack for this role primarily involves CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or custom inβhouse tools), callβcenter software, and basic MS Office applications.
