Eligibility Criteria
Any university or college degree (B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, etc.) β preferably Finance, Economics or Mathematics. Freshers / junior candidates from the 2026 batch are eligible. Minimum CGPA/percentage not specified; candidates should have no active backlogs. Mandatory fluency in English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; MS Access knowledge is a plus. The Data Analyst I role in Gurgaon is an entryβlevel position designed for recent graduates who are comfortable working with large data sets, spreadsheets, and financial documents. As a member of a global billing and contract data team, you will help ensure that invoices are accurate, contractual terms are correctly applied, and billing discrepancies are resolved promptly. The role bridges finance and analytics, requiring strong Excel proficiency, logical reasoning, and clear communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse invoices and billing data to identify errors and discrepancies.
2. Perform invoice audits using advanced Excel functions and internal tools.
3. Communicate with suppliers via phone or email to resolve billing issues.
4. Update and maintain contractβbased calculation sheets in Excel.
5. Generate and distribute regular reports on invoice analysis outcomes.
6. Support contract administration activities, ensuring data integrity.
7. Maintain a dedicated database for contracting and billing information, optionally using MS Access.
8. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams across regions to align on data standards.
9. Ensure high accuracy and quality control in all routine tasks.
10. Assist the manager with adβhoc analytical projects as required.
Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros), MS Access (basic queries), PowerPoint for reporting, and email/communication tools. While not a dataβscience role, familiarity with dataβcleaning techniques and basic SQL concepts is advantageous.
