Graduates (B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc., B.Com., BA, MCA, MBA) from any stream with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10). Final year students or fresh graduates of the 2025/2026 batch are eligible. The Project RISEβLearning Deployment Specialist internship sits within EYβs Enablement Services, a subβdivision of GDS that focuses on delivering technologyβenabled solutions to internal and clientβfacing teams. As a Learning Deployment Specialist, you will be part of a crossβfunctional team that supports the rollout of learning platforms, manages documentation, and ensures smooth communication between technical experts and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing dayβtoβday support to technical team members during learning platform deployments.
2. Assisting with fee and billing matters, invoicing, and budget tracking to maintain financial health of engagements.
3. Performing nonβtechnical planning and organizational tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring timelines are met.
4. Managing documentation, filing, and archiving processes with zero delays.
5. Preparing reports and dashboards for client teams and senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
6. Reviewing working papers and client folders, suggesting productivity improvements and service enhancements.
7. Acting as the central point of contact for assigned engagements, facilitating clear communication across stakeholders.
8. Leveraging knowledge of EY services to propose recommendations that add value to client projects.
9. Supporting the creation of training materials and user guides for learning solutions.
10. Monitoring engagement health metrics and escalating issues proactively.
The internship does not demand a deep technical stack but benefits from familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, basic data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), and an understanding of cloudβbased learning management systems. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
