Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BA, B.Fin or related fields (Commerce, Economics, Finance) OR Master's degree in MBA, Business Administration or Business Analytics. Minimum aggregate 60% (or CGPA 6.0/10). Final year students of the 2025β2026 batch eligible. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Indian citizenship or OCI status required.

The Business Analyst β 4A role in Bangalore is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to bridge business needs with technology solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, evaluate technology options, and craft business cases that justify investments. You will be part of crossβfunctional Agile squads, using designβthinking principles to translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and reporting insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct technology assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
2. Develop comprehensive business cases outlining ROI, risks, and implementation roadβmaps.
3. Analyse market trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings.
4. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
5. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
6. Support vendor evaluation processes, including RFP preparation and scoring.
7. Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards to senior management.
8. Assist in the rollout and integration of new technology platforms.
9. Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
10. Contribute to knowledgeβsharing sessions and internal bestβpractice repositories.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Excel, Powerβ―BI/Tableau, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SAP/Oracle ERP basics, and Agile project management tools.
