Graduates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related engineering discipline. Minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA). Final year students of the 2025β2026 batch are eligible. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are also considered.

The Associate DevOps Support Engineer role is an entryβlevel, customerβfacing position based in Bengaluru. As the first line of technical support, you will handle inbound voice calls, diagnose platformβrelated issues, provide quick fixes, and ensure seamless escalation of complex problems. The role demands strong communication skills, a solid grasp of Salesforce fundamentals, and a basic understanding of DevOps concepts such as version control, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS troubleshooting.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Answer inbound customer voice calls and log tickets in the support system.
2. Perform initial triage, collect relevant logs, and reproduce reported issues.
3. Resolve Levelβ1 incidents independently using knowledgeβbase articles and standard troubleshooting guides.
4. Escalate Tierβ2/3 tickets with detailed documentation, reproduction steps, and impact analysis.
5. Maintain the 10βminute humanβconnection SLA for at least 95% of incoming queries.
6. Communicate status updates and resolutions clearly to customers in spoken English.
7. Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting new solutions and workβarounds.
8. Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to reproduce and verify bug fixes.
9. Participate in shift rotations to support global customers across different time zones.
10. Continuously improve technical skills through internal training, certifications, and AIβassisted research.
**Tech Stack**: Salesforce platform basics, Git, REST APIs, XML, SQL, SaaS monitoring tools, basic scripting, and AIβassisted troubleshooting tools.
