
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% aggregate in the final year. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates from the 2022β2025 batches are preferred. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible.

The Learning Operations Associate role sits within Accentureβs Talent Development function, acting as the backbone of the companyβs internal learning ecosystem. The associate ensures that learning programs β ranging from technical upskilling to softβskill workshops β are flawlessly scheduled, administered, and tracked. By maintaining high data accuracy in the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating with instructors, vendors, and facilities, the role directly contributes to the continuous growth of Accentureβs workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the endβtoβend scheduling of internal and external training sessions.
2. Setting up courses, enrolling participants, and tracking attendance/completion in LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors and ClearXP.
3. Liaising with trainers, vendors, and facility teams to confirm logistics, venues, and virtual meeting links.
4. Booking training rooms, virtual classrooms, and required learning resources as per the program calendar.
5. Responding promptly to learner queries and providing administrative support.
6. Communicating schedule changes and updates to all stakeholders through clear, timely messages.
7. Monitoring training calendars for conflicts and escalating issues to the Scheduling Team Lead.
8. Maintaining accurate learning records, generating reports, and analysing participation metrics.
9. Assisting in continuous improvement initiatives for learning administration processes.
10. Providing basic product support for LMS tools and ensuring data integrity.
The tech stack for this role primarily includes Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors, ClearXP), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom. While the position does not demand deep programming skills, strong analytical ability to work with large data sets is essential.
