The role of a Voice Advisor at Concentrix involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple industries, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing accurate information, issue resolution, and a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer queries via phone with professionalism and empathy.

3. Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and update case status.
4. Upsell or crossβsell relevant services when appropriate, adhering to compliance guidelines.
5. Identify patterns in customer feedback and relay insights to the quality team.
6. Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews.
7. Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shift schedules, including 24/7 rotations.
8. Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve team targets.
9. Follow data privacy and security protocols during all interactions.
10. Contribute ideas for process improvement and service excellence.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily uses voice communication platforms, CRM software (such as Salesforce or Zendesk), ticketing tools, MS Office suite, and basic troubleshooting utilities. While deep technical expertise is not required, familiarity with Windows OS, internet browsers, and basic data entry is beneficial.
