Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking processes. 5. Building and maintaining performance dashboards covering revenue, cost, productivity and profitability metrics. 6. Analysing variance drivers and delivering data‑driven insights for decision‑making. 7. Assisting with regulatory submissions, audit observations and remediation programmes. 8. Identifying process simplification, automation and AI‑driven productivity opportunities. 9. Coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely follow‑up of action items. 10. Participating in special projects sponsored by the COO Office, including digital reporting solutions. Tech stack exposure includes advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Powerβ€―BI/Tableau for visualisation, SQL for data extraction, Python for basic analytics and AI tools for workflow automation. The apprenticeship can lead to a full‑time Analyst role, followed by Associate, Senior Analyst and eventually Manager positions within the COO Office or broader Corporate Banking division.
