The AR Executive (US Healthcare) role is designed specifically for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in a highβgrowth, technologyβenabled domain. As an AR Executive, you will work on the US claims pipeline, interacting directly with insurance companies to verify claim status, resolve denials, and ensure timely payments. The position operates on a night shift to align with US business hours, offering a unique exposure to international processes and standards. You will receive structured onboarding, handsβon training on industryβspecific tools, and mentorship from senior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with US insurance carriers to obtain claim status updates and payment confirmations.
2. Analyse denied or pending claims, identify root causes, and take corrective actions.
3. Maintain accurate claim documentation and update process records in the RCM system.
4. Escalate recurring issues to senior team members and suggest process improvements.
5. Participate in daily and weekly training sessions to stay updated on policy changes.
6. Support revenue cycle operations by ensuring data integrity and compliance with US regulations.
7. Generate regular reports on claim trends and performance metrics.
8. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams such as billing, compliance, and IT to resolve complex cases.
9. Provide feedback to the training department for curriculum enhancements.
10. Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily uses industryβstandard RCM platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner), Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary claim management software. Basic knowledge of Excel, data entry, and email etiquette is essential.
Growth Path: Starting as an AR Executive, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and eventually to Process Manager or Operations Manager within 2β4 years, depending on performance and additional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Coder).
