With a strong presence in the Indian contact‑center ecosystem, ATAIN serves a diverse portfolio of global clients across banking, telecom, e‑commerce and travel sectors. The company prides itself on a technology‑enabled, customer‑centric approach, leveraging advanced CRM platforms, AI‑driven analytics and omnichannel solutions to deliver seamless experiences. Over the past few years, ATAIN has expanded its footprint to multiple Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 cities, creating a vibrant work environment that encourages learning, collaboration and rapid career progression.
The role advertised under the Mega Walk‑In Drive is a Voice/Blended Associate position. Candidates will operate in a dynamic contact‑center setting, handling inbound voice calls, chat and email interactions for international and domestic customers. The job demands high energy, strong problem‑solving abilities and the flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including night duties. Training will be provided to familiarize candidates with ATAIN’s proprietary screens, ticketing tools and quality‑assurance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Answering inbound customer queries via voice, chat or email and providing accurate resolutions.
2. Navigating multiple computer screens efficiently to retrieve and update customer information.
3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate supervisory staff while maintaining ownership.
4. Adhering strictly to ATAIN’s contact‑center policies, data‑privacy norms and service‑level agreements.
5. Participating in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
6. Documenting interactions meticulously in the CRM system for future reference.
7. Contributing to team targets by achieving call handling time, first‑call resolution and customer satisfaction metrics.
8. Supporting cross‑functional initiatives such as quality audits and process improvement drives.
9. Assisting in the onboarding of new hires by sharing best practices.
10. Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
The technology stack primarily includes Microsoft Office Suite, cloud‑based CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk) and basic telephony software. ATAIN offers a clear growth path: high‑performing associates can advance to Team Lead, Assistant Manager, and eventually Operations Manager roles, with regular performance reviews and skill‑upgradation programs. Joining ATAIN provides exposure to international processes, a structured training curriculum, and the chance to be part of a large‑scale recruitment drive that promises immediate employment for fresh graduates and undergraduates.
Why join? ATAIN’s Mega Walk‑In Drive guarantees a swift hiring process, on‑the‑spot selection, and a supportive work culture that values integrity, teamwork and continuous learning. The role is ideal for candidates seeking a launchpad into the BPO industry, offering competitive remuneration, shift differentials and opportunities to work with global brands.
