Reporting to the Customer Success team, the role blends deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills to ensure high customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution. You will work closely with product, engineering and DevOps teams across multiple time zones, translating complex security concepts into actionable solutions for clients. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers on Zimperium’s mobile security platform. 2. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including customer‑specific fixes, work‑arounds and best‑practice guides. 3. Create and manage JIRA tickets for product bugs, collaborating with engineering to drive timely resolutions. 4. Conduct root‑cause analysis, perform log analysis and use SQL queries to extract actionable insights. 5. Provide hands‑on assistance for integrations with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron and Citrix. 6. Assist customers in configuring and monitoring SIEM tools like Splunk or ArcSight for security event correlation. 7. Participate in on‑call rotation and support escalations, ensuring SLA compliance. 8. Gather customer feedback, advocate for feature enhancements and contribute to product roadmap discussions. 9. Deliver product demos, training sessions and post‑sales technical workshops. 10.
