Graduates with a minimum of 60% aggregate in B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, B.Com, or MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized university. Open to all engineering, commerce, science, and management streams. The Consulting Analyst role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to dive into the consulting world and make a tangible difference from day one. As an analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants and partners on client engagements across sectors such as consumer goods, technology, financial services, and healthcare. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, building financial models, preparing presentations, and contributing to the development of strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct primary and secondary research to understand client business environments and market dynamics.
2. Analyse large data sets using Excel, SQL or statistical tools to identify trends and insights.
3. Build financial models, valuation frameworks, and profitability analyses.
4. Develop PowerPoint decks that clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
5. Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
6. Support senior team members in crafting case studies, hypothesis testing, and scenario planning.
7. Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and internal knowledgeβsharing documents.
8. Contribute to internal Bain initiatives such as thoughtβleadership publications and community outreach programs.
9. Continuously learn and apply Bainβs proprietary problemβsolving methodologies.

Tech Stack & Tools: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, Python (basic), and familiarity with statistical packages (R, SAS) is advantageous. The role also involves using Bainβs internal knowledge management platforms.
