
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or Bachelor of Arts (B.A) with a minimum of 70% aggregate marks across 10th, 12th, and Graduation. 2024 or 2025 passβouts with no backlogs. Must be fluent in French (reading, writing, speaking) and hold B1/B2 certification. Ability to work in various shifts, especially during European working hours.

The Analyst role is a gateway into the world of trade finance, focusing on the scrutiny and handling of Letter of Credit (LC) and guarantee documents in French for European regions. The analyst will manage endβtoβend LC processes, including advising, amendment, confirmation, transfer, and assignment of proceeds. Import LC tasks such as issuance, negotiation, and financing (trust receipt loans) will also be part of the dayβtoβday responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves documentary and clean collections, guarantee issuance, and handling SWIFT messages.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing and processing LC transactions (advising, issuance, amendments, negotiations, settlements).
2. Managing import and export collections and related payments.
3. Handling transfers, confirmations, financing options like LC forfaiting, discounting, and FX loans.
4. Ensuring compliance with sanctions and regulatory requirements.
5. Escalating pending transactions to senior analysts with clear reasons.
6. Maintaining SLA compliance and raising technical queries.
7. Updating SOPs and participating in training sessions.
8. Acting as a backup for senior analysts.
9. Learning additional trade finance products.
10. Collaborating with crossβfunctional teams across time zones.
Tech stack: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, SWIFT messaging, and standard office automation tools.
