As a Data Analyst based in Pune, you will become an integral part of crossβfunctional teams that tackle complex business problems across the healthcare value chain. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and implement custom analytical solutions using Excel, SQL, Alteryx, and other database tools.
- Develop visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, or Sisense to present findings.
- Prepare clientβready presentations and reports that translate technical results into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, and domain experts to refine problem statements and solution approaches.
- Participate in data cleaning, validation, and transformation activities to ensure data quality.
- Support the development of predictive models for promotion response, patient claims, and sales force strategy.
- Stay updated with emerging analytics techniques and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Assist in knowledgeβsharing sessions and internal training to foster a learning culture.
- Maintain documentation of methodologies, code, and project deliverables.
Tech Stack: Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, Python, R, data modeling tools, and basic statistical packages.
