Graduates with a B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, B.Com or BBA in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related fields. Minimum 60% aggregate (or CGPA 6.0/10). No active backlogs. Eligible batch years: 2025, 2026, 2027. Must have strong analytical aptitude and good communication skills.

The role of Associate Analyst β Customer Insights & Analytics (IKC) is positioned within Unitedβs Customer Experience division. As a fresh graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team that transforms raw data into actionable insights, helping the airline understand passenger preferences, improve service offerings, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with senior analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver dataβpowered recommendations that shape strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources including reservation systems, loyalty programs, and thirdβparty surveys.
2. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies related to customer behavior.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for realβtime monitoring of key performance indicators.
4. Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analytics (e.g., churn prediction, segmentation) using Python or R.
5. Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and present them to crossβfunctional teams.
6. Assist in designing A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of new initiatives on customer satisfaction.
7. Document analytical processes, data lineage, and maintain data governance standards.
8. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging analytics tools to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Tech Stack: SQL, Python (pandas, scikitβlearn), R, Tableau/Powerβ―BI, Excel, Git, AWS (S3, Redshift).
