8. Contribute to one design study at a time, delivering actionable design outcomes within set timelines.
9. Maintain design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across product lines.
10. Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the user experience.
**Tech Stack**: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, HTML/CSS basics, Microsoft Design System (Fluent UI).
**Growth Path**: Junior Product Designer → Mid‑Level Designer → Senior Designer → Lead Designer → Design Manager → Director of Design.
**Why Join Microsoft?** Microsoft offers unparalleled exposure to large‑scale, high‑impact products used by billions worldwide. Freshers gain mentorship from industry veterans, access to world‑class learning resources, and a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
