Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Kimberly‑Clark is a global consumer goods leader known for iconic brands such as Huggies, Kleenex, and Kotex. With a presence in over 180 countries, the company focuses on innovation, sustainability and a people‑first culture. In India, Kimberly‑Clark operates large manufacturing hubs, a robust supply chain, and a fast‑growing finance shared‑services ecosystem that supports its worldwide operations. The firm consistently ranks high on employee satisfaction surveys for its inclusive environment, learning opportunities, and clear career pathways.
The Junior Analyst (T&E) role sits within the Global Expense Management (GEM) Center of Excellence, based out of Pune. As an entry‑level finance professional, you will be the first point of contact for employees across multiple regions who need assistance with Concur expense reports, corporate card queries, and policy compliance. The position blends operational execution with customer service, requiring you to manage high‑volume mailboxes, reconcile card statements, and conduct expense audits while continuously looking for automation opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the expense support mailbox and responding to employee queries within SLA.
2. Providing end‑user support for Concur Travel & Expense issues.
3. Generating ad‑hoc expense management reports using Excel.
4. Administering corporate card and P‑Card requests, limits, closures and reconciliations.
5. Following up on delinquent card accounts and unsubmitted transactions.
6. Conducting expense audits with tools such as Oversight Systems or AppZen.
7. Ensuring compliance with Travel & Expense policies and escalating potential fraud.
8. Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
9. Identifying process‑improvement and automation opportunities.
10. Tracking KPIs and SLAs to drive service excellence.
The tech stack for this role primarily includes Concur Expense Management, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and audit tools like Oversight Systems or AppZen. Familiarity with shared‑mailbox platforms and basic data‑analysis techniques is advantageous.
Career growth at Kimberly‑Clark is well‑structured. High‑performing analysts can progress to Senior Analyst, Finance Operations Lead, or specialize further into Global Travel & Expense Management, Procurement, or Internal Audit. The company invests heavily in up‑skilling through internal training, certifications, and mentorship programs, making it an ideal launchpad for fresh graduates aiming for a long‑term finance career.
Why join? You will work in a globally recognized brand that values innovation and employee development, gain hands‑on experience with industry‑standard expense tools, and be part of a collaborative team that encourages continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to cross‑regional finance processes, a supportive work culture, and a clear pathway to senior finance positions.
