The role of AnalystβGDC / Associate 1 is an entryβlevel position designed for fresh graduates with a finance or accounting background. As an Associate, you will become an integral part of the GDC team that supports USβbased audit engagements. You will work closely with senior auditors, both onshore and offshore, to execute audit procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with global audit standards. The position offers a blend of technical accounting exposure and handsβon experience with industryβstandard audit tools, making it an excellent launchpad for a career in audit, consulting, or finance.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge while learning advanced audit procedures.
2. Execute audit procedures efficiently within stipulated timelines while maintaining high quality.
3. Get acquainted with Oracleβs audit documentation tool β eAudIT, and other applications such as IDEA, WISDOM, CASEWARE, and MS Office.
4. Prepare and review workβpapers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards.
5. Communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members to coordinate deliverables.
6. Maintain chargeability targets and log billable hours accurately.
7. Participate in team meetings, group activities, and occasionally lead small task forces.
8. Engage in selfβdevelopment initiatives, including technical upskilling and projectβmanagement training.
9. Contribute to firmβwide initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs.
10. Uphold Oracleβs quality standards and adhere to ethical guidelines throughout the audit lifecycle.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: eAudIT, IDEA, WISDOM, CASEWARE, Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and basic dataβanalysis utilities.
