Graduates with a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related streams. Minimum aggregate of 60% (or CGPA 6.0/10). The Support Engineer 1 role is an entryβlevel position designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in technical support and service delivery. Reporting to senior support staff, the engineer will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries via phone, email, or chat, and providing troubleshooting assistance for Oracleβs suite of products. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inquiries through phone, electronic, or inβperson channels.
2. Diagnose and resolve simple technical issues related to assigned Oracle products with minimal guidance.
3. Document all activities on service requests and contribute to knowledgeβbase articles and troubleshooting guides.
4. Coordinate with senior engineers to report design, reliability, or maintenance bugs and assist in their resolution.
5. Leverage basic automation and AIβassistance tools to identify root causes of recurring issues.
6. Provide support to internal teams and stakeholders on diverse technical scenarios.
7. Monitor personal performance metrics and ensure timely closure of service requests.
8. Assist in translation of technical and nonβtechnical queries when required.
9. Participate in continuous learning programs to deepen product knowledge and technical skills.
10. Contribute ideas for improving support workflows, guidelines, and best practices.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, SQL, basic scripting (Shell/Python), ITIL framework, incident management platforms, AIβdriven assistance tools, and standard office productivity suites.
