
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc., B.Com, BBA) from any stream with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or 6.0 CGPA). Final year students of 2025 or 2026 batches are eligible. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates must have good communication skills in English and basic computer proficiency.

The Analyst (NonβVoice) role is a critical entryβlevel position within HCLβs Business Process Services (BPS) division. The incumbent will work behind the scenes to analyze, streamline, and enhance business processes without direct customer interaction via phone. By leveraging dataβdriven insights, the analyst will identify bottlenecks, propose actionable improvements, and generate comprehensive reports that guide decisionβmaking for internal stakeholders and clients alike. This role offers exposure to crossβfunctional teams, client interaction through written communication, and the opportunity to contribute to largeβscale transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify root causes of recurring issues in existing processes and propose quickβwin solutions.
2. Design and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
3. Develop detailed analytical reports and dashboards to monitor business health.
4. Draft clear business requirement documents (BRDs) for workflow enhancements.
5. Collaborate with client and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process reβengineering where needed.
7. Maintain documentation of process changes and version control.
8. Participate in regular status meetings and present findings to senior leadership.
9. Support quality assurance activities by validating implemented changes.
10. Continuously monitor postβimplementation performance and suggest further refinements.
Tech Stack & Tools: MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), Power BI/Tableau for visualization, SQL for data extraction, JIRA for task tracking, and basic knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio or BPMN.
Growth Path: Starting as an Analyst, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Process Lead, and eventually to Manager or Consultant roles within the BPS or Digital divisions. The role also opens pathways to specialized tracks like Data Analytics, Process Automation, or Client Relationship Management.
