The HR Service Delivery New Associate role is an entryβlevel position designed for fresh graduates who are keen on building a career in human resources operations. As a Workforce Data Administrator, you will be the custodian of employee information, ensuring that every onboarding, transfer, promotion, and exit is captured accurately in the HRIS platforms. The role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate with crossβfunctional teams such as payroll, finance, and line managers.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Maintain and update employee/workforce data in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
2. Process endβtoβend employee lifecycle transactions β onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, leave updates, and exits.
3. Verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission, adhering to SLAs and compliance standards.
4. Resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders.
5. Generate regular reports, dashboards, and audit documentation related to workforce data.
6. Conduct data quality checks and support internal and external audit activities.
7. Respond to employee and manager queries within defined turnaround times, ensuring a high level of service.
8. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.
10. Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets set by the HR Service Delivery team.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), MS Office suite, basic data visualization tools.
