Graduates (B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc., B.Com, MCA) from any stream with a minimum of 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA). Eligible batch years: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Candidates should have a strong analytical mindset and good communication skills.

The Data Analyst role is an entryβlevel position designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience. As a Data Analyst at Barclays Pune, you will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources, building robust data pipelines, and creating visual dashboards that enable business stakeholders to make dataβdriven decisions. You will work closely with senior data engineers and business analysts to ensure data integrity, develop predictive models, and communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve data quality issues, documenting sources, lineage, and remediation steps.
2. Design and develop automated data pipelines for efficient data movement.
3. Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to large data sets to uncover trends and correlations.
4. Build and validate logical data models that align with business requirements.
5. Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for process improvement.
6. Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau or Powerβ―BI.
7. Automate reporting workflows for both regular and adβhoc stakeholder requests.
8. Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements.
9. Stay updated with emerging AI/ML techniques and propose their application to business problems.
10. Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for data governance.
Tech Stack: Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Tableau/Powerβ―BI, Git, AWS (S3, Glue), Airflow, Snowflake, Machine Learning libraries (scikitβlearn).
