The Engineering Services Practitioner role in Bengaluru is part of Accentureβs Engineering Services practice, which focuses on delivering endβtoβend engineering solutions for the aircraft manufacturing domain. The position is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who possess a solid grounding in aircraft manufacturing concepts and basic engineering principles. As a practitioner, you will collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and client teams to translate technical requirements into actionable designs and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing technical problems and gathering detailed requirements from aerospace clients.
2. Assisting in the creation of structural and stress design models using industryβstandard tools.
3. Documenting engineering processes, design decisions, and test results in clear, compliant formats.
4. Supporting configuration management activities to ensure version control of design artefacts.
5. Contributing to qualification and certification activities, preparing necessary reports for regulatory bodies.
6. Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities.
7. Collaborating with crossβfunctional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
8. Preparing technical presentations and client deliverables.
9. Keeping abreast of emerging aerospace standards and best practices.
10. Providing problemβsolving support during prototype testing and production rampβup.
The tech stack typically includes CATIA, NX, ANSYS, MATLAB, and PLM tools such as Teamcenter. Familiarity with Python or VBA for scripting and data analysis is advantageous.
