Enrolled in a Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline. Minimum CGPA/percentage of 6.5/70%. Expected graduation batch 2027. No active backlogs at the time of application. Must have legal authorization to work in India.

The FrontโEnd Engineer Intern role is designed for finalโyear undergraduates who are passionate about building highly interactive, performant web interfaces. Interns will join a crossโfunctional team that collaborates with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver customerโfacing features for Amazonโs retail and internal tools. The position provides exposure to Amazonโs largeโscale architecture, rigorous engineering standards, and a culture of continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
2. Translate design mockโups into clean, reusable HTML/CSS code.
3. Optimize frontโend performance for highโtraffic pages.
4. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to bestโpractice guidelines.
6. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs securely.
7. Build and maintain a component library for reuse across projects.
8. Document technical decisions and create userโfacing documentation.
9. Assist in debugging and fixing production issues.
10. Stay updated with emerging frontโend technologies and propose improvements.
Tech stack: JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/LESS), TypeScript, Jest/Cypress for testing, Git, AWS services for deployment.
