4. Diagnose and resolve production incidents, participating in on‑call rotations.
5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to architect secure and efficient IAM workflows.
6. Create monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure observability.
7. Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
8. Partner with security engineers to plan and execute infrastructure changes affecting the global workforce.
9. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through code reviews and tech talks.
10. Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of critical services.
Tech Stack: Linux, Python, Go, Bash, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP services, IAM APIs, Prometheus/Grafana, Terraform, Git.
Growth Path: Starting as an SDE, you can progress to Senior SDE, Staff Engineer, and eventually to Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer, with opportunities to lead large‑scale projects and influence Google’s global infrastructure strategy.
Why Join Google: You will work on cutting‑edge technology at massive scale, collaborate with world‑class engineers, and enjoy a culture that rewards curiosity, impact, and continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to security‑critical systems, a strong mentorship framework, and competitive compensation that reflects the high value Google places on its talent.
