The Backend Engineering team is looking for fresh talent to join as Software Development Engineer (SDE) –1 and SDE –2. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain distributed services that power core functionalities such as order matching, portfolio aggregation, and real‑time market data feeds. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and front‑end engineers to translate business requirements into robust, high‑throughput APIs. Design and implement micro‑services using Go and Java, ensuring low latency and high availability. 2. Write clean, testable code and develop unit/integration test suites. 3. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and adhering to coding standards. 4. Optimize database queries and work with NoSQL/SQL stores to improve performance. 5. Collaborate with DevOps to deploy services on Kubernetes and monitor them using Prometheus/Grafana. 6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the existing tech stack. 9. Mentor junior peers and share knowledge through brown‑bag sessions. 10.
