The Operations Associate role is a critical part of LinkedInβs communications and media intelligence arm. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the associate will ensure that clientβfacing contentβpress releases, announcements, and other communicationsβare processed, proofread, formatted, and distributed accurately across both domestic and international circuits. Key responsibilities include:
1. Process, proofread, format, and distribute client copy across all designated channels, meeting strict timelines.

6. Keep accurate records of interactions, orders, and correspondence within workflow management systems.

8. Quickly learn and effectively use support tools, workflow platforms, and operational systems.
9. Maintain website service feeds, ensuring accurate mapping and functionality.
10. Contribute to ROI and operational reporting to demonstrate service value and drive continuous improvement.
