The Investor Relations team acts as a strategic bridge between Tradeweb and the investment community, working closely with senior leadership across product, sales, finance, legal, and technology. The team shapes the companyβs financial narrative through earnings releases, investor engagement, and capital markets activities, while also driving highβimpact initiatives that support longβterm growth.
As a Financial Data & Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the global Investor Relations function. Your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly earnings materials, maintaining core investorβrelations datasets, performing recurring and adβhoc financial analysis, and developing highβquality PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for process automation, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
1. Draft and compile quarterly earnings updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across disclosures.
2. Maintain and update investorβrelations datasets, including KPIs, market data, and peer benchmarking metrics.
3. Perform recurring and adβhoc analysis of financial performance, investor trends, and market positioning.
4. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
5. Develop and maintain PowerPoint decks for earnings, investor presentations, and internal briefings.
6. Identify and implement automation opportunities using Excel macros, AI tools, and dataβvisualization platforms.
7. Collaborate closely with onshore Investor Relations, Finance, and Strategy teams to align messaging and data accuracy.
8. Ensure data integrity across internal systems and reporting frameworks.
9. Support capitalβmarkets initiatives and publicβcompany reporting processes.
10. Continuously improve reporting workflows and maintain rigorous quality control.
Tech stack: Advanced Excel (macros, VBA), PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, AIβenabled tools (e.g., GPTβbased content generation), and financial data platforms.
Growth path: Starting as a specialist, you can progress to Senior Analyst, Lead Analyst, and eventually Manager or Director roles within Investor Relations or broader finance functions, with exposure to global markets and executive leadership.
