The role of Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) is an entryβlevel Python developer position designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience. As a Python Developer, you will be part of a collaborative product engineering team that builds reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions for the healthcare domain. You will work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate business requirements into clean, efficient code and ship new features that directly impact clinicians and patients.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain Pythonβbased applications and microβservices.
2. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to define feature specifications and deliver endβtoβend solutions.
3. Write clean, modular, and wellβdocumented code adhering to best practices.
4. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application behavior.
5. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and learning from peers.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as automation, CI/CD pipelines, and test coverage.
