The Intern β Engineering Operations β AI & Agentic Automation role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business operations and advanced AI. As an intern, you will partner with business stakeholders to map out existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design AIβpowered agents that streamline processes and enhance decisionβmaking. You will build prototypes using modern LLMs and agentic AI platforms, integrate them with enterprise tools via REST APIs, and iterate based on realβtime feedback. Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze current business processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.
2. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents that support operational workflows.
3. Build LLMβpowered solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or n8n.
4. Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and business systems.
5. Prototype, test, and refine automations based on stakeholder feedback.
6. Collaborate with crossβfunctional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
7. Document design decisions, architecture, and best practices.
8. Stay updated on emerging AI, LLM, and agentic technologies.
9. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering operations practice.
