The Financial Analyst I role is an entry‑level position within the Finance & Accounting vertical, reporting to senior finance leaders and collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the United States and India. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing client contracts, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with SOX and internal policies, and supporting month‑end close activities. This position offers exposure to high‑volume, fast‑paced financial operations and the chance to work with industry‑leading ERP systems such as Workday. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review client contracts and churn volume quickly, adhering to SOX and revenue‑recognition guidelines. 2. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of contract terms, services rendered, and any adjustments (penalties, incentives, discounts, fee changes). 3. Ensure high accuracy in contract review and revenue analysis. 4. Analyze revenue against client evidence and verify compliance with accounting standards. 5. Follow control procedures to guarantee data integrity for all financial information processed. 6. Gather documentation from client teams to facilitate revenue approval. 7. Meet defined Quality SLA parameters and maintain ethical standards. 8. Support month‑end closing activities and handle high‑volume transaction processing. 9. Work flexible US shift timings and adapt to tight deadlines when required. 10. Continuously improve processes through learning and adaptability.
