Eligibility Criteria
Graduates with B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, CA, CS or ICWA. Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) in the qualifying degree. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Open to candidates from the 2023‑2026 batch. Must have work‑authorization for India without sponsorship.

The Financial Analyst I role is an entry‑level position within the Finance & Accounting vertical, reporting to senior finance leaders and collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the United States and India. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing client contracts, ensuring revenue recognition aligns with SOX and internal policies, and supporting month‑end close activities. This position offers exposure to high‑volume, fast‑paced financial operations and the chance to work with industry‑leading ERP systems such as Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review client contracts and churn volume quickly, adhering to SOX and revenue‑recognition guidelines.
2. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of contract terms, services rendered, and any adjustments (penalties, incentives, discounts, fee changes).
3. Ensure high accuracy in contract review and revenue analysis.
4. Analyze revenue against client evidence and verify compliance with accounting standards.
5. Follow control procedures to guarantee data integrity for all financial information processed.
6. Gather documentation from client teams to facilitate revenue approval.
7. Meet defined Quality SLA parameters and maintain ethical standards.
8. Support month‑end closing activities and handle high‑volume transaction processing.
9. Work flexible US shift timings and adapt to tight deadlines when required.
10. Continuously improve processes through learning and adaptability.
Tech Stack & Tools: Workday (preferred), Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), basic ERP knowledge, data‑validation tools, and collaboration platforms like Teams/Slack.
Growth Path: Starting as a Financial Analyst I, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Finance Manager, and eventually roles such as Finance Lead or Business Partner, with opportunities to specialize in revenue accounting, compliance, or financial planning.
