With a team of over 1,000 people, Clipboard has secured funding from top venture capital firms and has been profitable since 2022, making it a stable yet dynamic place to build a career.
The Onboarding Documents Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that every healthcare professional can start working quickly and safely. You will review and validate onboarding documentsβlicenses, certifications, immunization records, and other compliance paperworkβagainst facility, state, and federal guidelines. Your work directly impacts the speed and accuracy of the onboarding process, helping clinics and hospitals maintain high standards of care.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing and validating submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
2. Managing document queues, backlogs, and expirations during assigned shifts.
3. Updating document status, mapping documents to the correct fields, and resolving unread submissions.
4. Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives.
5. Collaborating with crossβfunctional teams (HR, compliance, tech) to resolve inquiries.
6. Communicating status and issues via Slack and other internal tools.
7. Staying current on evolving documentation standards and product updates.
8. Meeting targets for review time, accuracy, and throughput.
9. Contributing to policy reviews and recommending updates.
10. Maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
Tech stack and tools youβll use include Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and various taskβmanagement platforms. While no specific programming skills are required, familiarity with QA or qualityβfocused roles is a plus.
Growth path: Starting as an associate, you can move into senior document specialist, team lead, or compliance manager roles. The companyβs rapid expansion offers opportunities to transition into product, operations, or data analytics positions.
Why join Clipboard? Youβll work in a supportive, remoteβfirst environment that values ownership and continuous improvement. The company offers competitive compensation, a clear career ladder, and the chance to make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery across the U.S. If you thrive in a fastβpaced, detailβoriented setting and want to help millions of professionals achieve financial stability, Clipboard is the place for you.
