Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Associate, you will be part of the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) team that handles invoicing and payments for over 200 service providers across 100+ countries. Your day-to-day will involve validating invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining a clean, structured database. You will also generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management and help resolve disputes on invalid charges.
Key Responsibilities (8-10 points):
1. Validate invoices from 200+ telecom service providers.
2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
3. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
4. Maintain and clean the TEM database.
5. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
6. Design reporting formats for clear communication.
7. Assist with ad‑hoc data collection and analysis.
8. Prepare and maintain documentation of processes.
9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT).
10. Take on additional tasks as directed by business needs.
Tech Stack & Tools: MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SQL (basic), TEM software, ERP systems.
