Automated testing, logging, incident management, security controls and disaster recovery. The candidate is not expected to be an expert in every technology listed. Strong architectural depth, delivery ownership and the ability to lead specialists are essential. 7. Security and Regulatory Readiness Build security and privacy requirements into the application architecture. Implement role-based access control, encryption, audit trails, secrets management and secure API access. Support consent-based data collection, data-retention controls and borrower-data access restrictions. Work with compliance and lending partners to address applicable RBI digital lending requirements, KYC/AML obligations, borrower disclosures and grievance workflows. Ensure production systems support traceability of credit decisions, loan transactions and customer communications. 8. Project and Team Leadership Translate business requirements into technical specifications, development plans and release milestones. Manage sprint planning, dependencies, technical risks, delivery quality and release readiness. Review architecture, code quality, testing coverage, API design and security. Coordinate product managers, business stakeholders, NBFC partners, vendors and engineering teams. Establish engineering KPIs, production SLAs, incident response procedures and continuous improvement practices. Mandatory Qualifications 8โ14 years of overall experience in software engineering, solution architecture or technical project delivery. At least 3 years of relevant experience in fintech, digital lending, loan marketplaces, banking technology or financial-services platforms. Demonstrated experience building and launching a production-grade lending application, financial marketplace or comparable transaction-heavy platform. Strong understanding of LOS/LMS workflows, API integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure and secure application design. Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex products end to end. Practical experience integrating external financial services, identity verification, payment systems or enterprise APIs. Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving and technical decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience building an NBFC marketplace or a multi-lender loan aggregation platform. Exposure to personal loans, consumer lending, business loans or unsecured credit products. Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications, conversational AI or voice-based AI agents. Experience with credit bureau integrations, digital KYC, e-signature and payment mandate workflows. Experience with cloud-native architecture, event-driven systems, high-volume lead generation and customer acquisition platforms. Exposure to credit risk models, fraud detection, document intelligence and lending analytics. Success Metrics The candidate will be measured on: Delivery of the platform against agreed scope and milestones. Reliability and performance of lender and financial-services integrations. Reduction in application processing time and manual operational effort. Improvement in lead-to-application and application-to-disbursal conversion. Quality, security, auditability and maintainability of the platform. Successful deployment of production-ready AI and voice automation workflows. Engineering productivity, incident resolution and operating cost efficiency. Interview Evaluation Candidates should be able to demonstrate a system they personally helped architect or deliver. They should explain the architecture, technology choices, integrations, scale, security considerations, challenges and measurable outcomes. Candidates with only project coordination experience, without substantial ownership of architecture or production software delivery, should not be shortlisted.

Technical questions 5
Explain OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles with real-world examples in Project. Answer
Model answer: 1. Encapsulation (data hiding via private fields/getters). 2. Abstraction (hiding implementation complexity). 3. Inheritance (code reusability). 4. Polymorphism (method overriding/overloading).
What is the time and space complexity of QuickSort vs MergeSort? Answer
Model answer: QuickSort: Average O(N log N) time, O(log N) space. Worst O(N^2). MergeSort: Guaranteed O(N log N) time, but requires O(N) auxiliary space.
Explain the difference between SQL Indexing (B-Tree vs Hash) and when not to use an index. Answer
Model answer: Indexes speed up SELECT queries via B-Trees. However, they slow down INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations because indexes must be updated on disk. Avoid on low-cardinality columns (e.g., boolean flags).
What happens under the hood when you enter a URL in a browser? Answer
Model answer: 1. DNS lookup (resolves IP). 2. TCP 3-way handshake (SYN, SYN-ACK, ACK). 3. TLS negotiation for HTTPS. 4. HTTP GET request sent. 5. Server responds with HTML/CSS/JS. 6. Browser renders DOM & CSSOM tree.
What is the difference between REST and GraphQL APIs? Answer
Model answer: REST uses multiple fixed endpoints with possible over/under-fetching. GraphQL uses a single endpoint allowing clients to query exact fields in a single request.
