About the role
RESPONSIBLIITIES: What you will be doing Oversee integration projects from a technical and delivery standpoint to finish on time and within budget. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define integration requirements. Translate end-user requirements into feasible technical specifications. Lead development activities, monitor and coordinate activities with onshore and offshore developers to ensure that integration projects are completed on time. Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integration systems. Ensure that the best practices in integration processes are followed by the organization. Participate in scrum meetings and ensure customer needs are being met by certifying deliverables. Maintain the integrity and smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture. Seek innovation in everyday activities. Ability to express ideas in both business- and user-friendly languages. Manage and administer the SAP CPI platform, including security, user management, system performance and availability. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or related discipline 5+ years integration development experience with SAP CPI2 + years of experience using SAP API Management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of SAP CX Applications such as Cloud for Customer, SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud Experience creating integrations with SAP ECC, iDOC and SOAP. Familiarity with oData, REST and SOAP Services for real-time communication. Experience with SFTP and Flat File Processing in SAP SCPI for flat file processing. Experience with Scripting (Groovy) and itβs use in SAP CPI. Familiarity with using SAP API Management to communicate with external parties. Familiarity with Securing SAP CPI services via SAP API Management. Knowledge of Applications such as Shopify, HubSpot, Widen, Salsify. Experience with integration with non-SAP Solutions. Knowledge of agile methodology Hands-on experience using DevOps tools (Azure, GIT, Bit Bucket)

What is the bias-variance tradeoff and how do you prevent overfitting? Answer
Model answer: High bias leads to underfitting (oversimplified model), high variance leads to overfitting (captures noise). Mitigate using L1/L2 Regularization, Dropout, Cross-Validation, and data augmentation.
Explain the difference between Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. Answer
Model answer: Precision = TP / (TP + FP) (correctness of positive predictions). Recall = TP / (TP + FN) (coverage of actual positives). F1-Score is the harmonic mean of Precision and Recall.
How does Gradient Descent work and what is the role of Learning Rate? Answer
Model answer: It optimizes loss functions by iteratively moving weights in the direction of negative gradient. A large learning rate may overshoot the minimum; a small rate causes slow convergence.
What is the difference between Supervised, Unsupervised, and Self-Supervised learning? Answer
Model answer: Supervised uses labeled data (X -> y). Unsupervised finds hidden patterns in unlabeled data (clustering/PCA). Self-supervised generates labels from input data (e.g. masked language modeling in BERT/Transformers).
