Power BI - Power Automate - Project & Business Analysis Support

Company: YUNESGIND is a growing digital transformation and AI delivery practice. We work on hands-on technology projects for clients in the UK public sector and commercial sector covering Power BI, Power Automate, process automation and project delivery. We are building our delivery capacity and looking for a skilled, proactive individual based in India to join us as a remote resource on live client engagements.

What the Role Will Deliver This role covers three overlapping areas: Power BI reporting and dashboards, Power Automate workflow automation, and project and business analysis support. You will work directly alongside the YUNESGIND engagement lead on active client projects, producing real deliverables dashboards, automated flows, process maps and project documents that go straight to clients. This is a hands-on execution role, not a consulting or advisory position.

You will be given clear briefs and are expected to deliver high-quality outputs with minimal hand-holding. Because our clients are based in the UK, you must work UK business hours (09:0017:30 GMT/BST, Monday to Friday). Client calls, reviews and urgent requests happen throughout the UK working day this is a firm requirement.

Power BI Reporting and Dashboards Build and maintain operational dashboards for YUNESGIND clients connecting to SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs and third-party system outputs Configure data models, relationships and DAX measures; set up scheduled refreshes and gateway connections Design report layouts for different audiences operational supervisors, back-office managers, service directors right level of detail for each Produce data asset inventories for clients — map what data exists, identify gaps, and ensure reporting infrastructure is ready ahead of system go-lives Set up row-level security, workspace access controls and sharing aligned to client M365 / Entra ID environments Power Automate — Workflow Automation Build automated flows to replace manual hand-offs across client projects: scheduling, alerts, exception routing, approval chains and notifications Configure Power Apps and automate downstream workflows: form submitted record created exception flagged named owner notified Automate reporting outputs: scheduled Power BI snapshots emailed to stakeholders, SharePoint lists updated from submissions, Teams notifications on KPI breaches Document every flow with a plain-English summary so clients can maintain and modify flows without specialist support after handover Project and Business Analysis Support Facilitate and document requirements workshops — capturing what is changing, intended outcomes, expected benefits and success measures in a format that client sponsors can act on directly Produce AS-IS and TO-BE process maps for client workflows, to the standard needed for supplier onboarding, implementation or internal change programmes Maintain project trackers and action logs across YUNESGIND client engagements, keeping named owners and deadlines visible and up to date Draft role requirements, option papers, highlight reports and governance summaries as directed by the YUNESGIND engagement lead Prepare concise written deliverables — workshop summaries, requirements documents, process maps — in professional English that client stakeholders can read without interpretation Skills and Experience Required Essential Power BI (report build, DAX, data modelling) Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, approvals) Power Apps (canvas apps) SharePoint & Teams configuration Business analysis — process mapping, requirements capture, workshop documentation Strongly preferred M365 / Entra ID experience UK public sector or local government project background SQL or equivalent data query skills Excellent written English — professional standard, no grammar errors Useful Azure Data Factory or equivalent pipeline experience RPA / desktop flows Experience supporting UK-based clients remotely Familiarity with field operations or service delivery systems Delivery style Hands-on doer. This role executes — it does not advise. The resource builds the dashboards, writes the flows, produces the documents and delivers them to client standard.

Communication Strong written and spoken English is non-negotiable. You will correspond directly with UK clients, produce client-facing documents and join video calls. Your work represents YUNESGIND.

Independence Can pick up a brief and produce a first-draft output without step-by-step guidance. Knows when to check back in and when to get on with it — does not need to be chased. Location Fully remote Working hours UK business hours: 09:00–17:30 GMT (14:30–23:00 IST) Monday to Friday.
