About the role

Frontier is a fast‑growing subsidiary of Fresh Prints, a New York‑based remote‑first organization that has built a strong presence in India and the Philippines. Fresh Prints started as a talent‑acquisition partner for high‑growth tech and media firms and, after three years of flawless client delivery, launched Frontier to focus exclusively on building cross‑functional teams for global brands. The company’s culture blends Silicon Valley agility with the collaborative spirit of Indian and Filipino workforces, offering employees the chance to work on high‑impact projects for world‑class entertainment clients while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote setup. The Live Events Ticketing Coordinator role sits within the 100x Hospitality ticketing team, a small but high‑velocity group that supports VIP and travel‑package sales for more than 30 active tours worldwide. Reporting to the Ticketing Manager and receiving day‑to‑day direction from the Ticketing Director, the coordinator owns the reporting cadence that keeps artists, managers, agents, and promoters informed about ticket inventory, sales performance, and settlement details. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines that align with US Eastern business hours. Key responsibilities include: 1. Pulling daily and weekly VIP/travel‑package sales data from Ticketmaster, AXS, Tixr, and venue box‑office reports. 2. Updating the master counts grid in Google Sheets and preparing per‑tour sales summaries (sold, allocated, open, % sold). 3. Drafting and sending weekly partner count emails every Wednesday, flagging lagging tours and recommending hold releases. 4. Sending a daily counts email by 12β€―PMβ€―ET covering destination events and monitoring the shared inbox for partner queries. 5. Confirming VIP package offsells before each show and completing post‑show settlements, including refunds and price adjustments. 6. Coordinating with venues and promoters on hold requests, presale links, and ticketing details. 7. Spot‑checking pricing and package data across platforms and escalating discrepancies. 8. Maintaining up‑to‑date source notes for each tour to ensure knowledge continuity. 9. Supporting Guest Services with ticketing questions from VIP buyers. 10. Collaborating with automation tools like Claude to streamline repetitive count tasks. The tech stack revolves around Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet), Asana for task management, and ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster (TM1/ISM), AXS, and Tixr. Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleaning is essential. The role offers a clear growth path: high performers can move into Ticketing Analyst or Ticketing Manager positions, eventually leading larger portfolios or transitioning into broader operations or client‑success roles within Frontier. Why join? You will work directly with marquee artists and global entertainment brands, gaining exposure to the live‑event ecosystem while developing advanced data‑analysis and stakeholder‑management skills. The remote‑first model provides flexibility, and the company’s commitment to employee development ensures continuous learning through mentorship, internal training, and exposure to cutting‑edge automation tools.

What is the difference between WHERE and HAVING clauses in SQL? Answer

Model answer: ROW_NUMBER() assigns unique sequential integers. RANK() assigns identical ranks to ties and skips ranks. DENSE_RANK() assigns identical ranks to ties without skipping rank numbers.
How do you handle NULL and missing values during data cleaning in Python/Pandas? Answer
Model answer: Use .isna().sum() to identify missing values. Impute with mean/median using .fillna() or remove with .dropna(subset=[...]) depending on variance impact.
What is the difference between Star Schema and Snowflake Schema in Data Warehousing? Answer
Model answer: Star Schema has denormalized dimension tables directly connected to the central Fact table. Snowflake Schema normalizes dimension tables into sub-dimensions to minimize redundancy.
How do you calculate MoM (Month-over-Month) growth in SQL? Answer
