Assist in gathering, cleaning and analysing supply‑chain data from multiple markets. 2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, status reports and simple dashboards for internal and market‑facing audiences. 3. Document process flows, project artefacts and meeting minutes with high accuracy. 4. Track action items, timelines and deliverables across cross‑functional and partner teams. 5. Identify process gaps and suggest improvement opportunities under guidance. 6. Support exploratory work on AI/ML, agents and automation tools relevant to supply‑chain planning. 7. Maintain organized project trackers, version‑controlled documentation and knowledge repositories. 8. Participate actively in team meetings, note‑taking and follow‑up on assigned tasks. 9. Learn and become the technical point of contact for the ISCP solution within the team. 10. Perform ad‑hoc tasks that aid the overall project objectives and team efficiency. **Tech Stack & Tools** The role primarily uses Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), basic data‑visualisation tools, and introductory exposure to SQL, Python or R for data manipulation. Familiarity with project‑management platforms (Jira, Confluence) and an interest in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is advantageous. **Growth Path** Starting as an Assistant Analyst, high performers can progress to Supply‑Chain Analyst, Senior Analyst and eventually to Manager‑level roles overseeing regional ISCP deployments. The position also opens doors to specialized tracks in data‑science, automation engineering or business consulting within PepsiCo’s global supply‑chain ecosystem. **Why Join PepsiCo?** PepsiCo offers a vibrant, inclusive culture that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning. Technical questions 5
What is the difference between WHERE and HAVING clauses in SQL? Answer
Model answer: WHERE filters rows before any groupings are applied, while HAVING filters aggregated groups after GROUP BY has executed.
Explain SQL Window functions: ROW_NUMBER(), RANK(), and DENSE_RANK(). Answer
Model answer: ROW_NUMBER() assigns unique sequential integers. RANK() assigns identical ranks to ties and skips ranks. DENSE_RANK() assigns identical ranks to ties without skipping rank numbers.
How do you handle NULL and missing values during data cleaning in Python/Pandas? Answer
Model answer: Use .isna().sum() to identify missing values. Impute with mean/median using .fillna() or remove with .dropna(subset=[...]) depending on variance impact.
What is the difference between Star Schema and Snowflake Schema in Data Warehousing? Answer
Model answer: Star Schema has denormalized dimension tables directly connected to the central Fact table. Snowflake Schema normalizes dimension tables into sub-dimensions to minimize redundancy.
How do you calculate MoM (Month-over-Month) growth in SQL? Answer
Model answer: Use LAG(revenue, 1) OVER (ORDER BY month) to fetch the previous month's revenue and compute (revenue - prev_revenue) / prev_revenue * 100.
