About the role
Fulltime ,Hybrid (3 days WFO),Hyderabad Interview : 1- Virtual ,Final -F2F We are seeking a skilled HTML5 Developer with strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design to develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience converting UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript . Convert Figma, Adobe XD, PSD, or other design mock-ups into high-quality web interfaces. Create reusable and maintainable front-end components. Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimised for various screen sizes. Implement cross-browser compatible solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimise web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs. Follow coding standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines. Required Skills Strong experience in HTML5 and CSS3 . Expertise in responsive web design and mobile-first development . Strong knowledge of Flexbox, CSS Grid, Media Queries, and CSS Animations . Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and DOM manipulation. Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS . Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git . Experience in performance optimisation and web accessibility standards. Preferred Skills Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Knowledge of SASS/SCSS or LESS. Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in front-end development. Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web projects. Nice to Have Experience with web accessibility (WCAG standards). Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

What is the bias-variance tradeoff and how do you prevent overfitting? Answer
Model answer: High bias leads to underfitting (oversimplified model), high variance leads to overfitting (captures noise). Mitigate using L1/L2 Regularization, Dropout, Cross-Validation, and data augmentation.
Explain the difference between Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. Answer
Model answer: Precision = TP / (TP + FP) (correctness of positive predictions). Recall = TP / (TP + FN) (coverage of actual positives). F1-Score is the harmonic mean of Precision and Recall.
How does Gradient Descent work and what is the role of Learning Rate? Answer
Model answer: It optimizes loss functions by iteratively moving weights in the direction of negative gradient. A large learning rate may overshoot the minimum; a small rate causes slow convergence.
What is the difference between Supervised, Unsupervised, and Self-Supervised learning? Answer
Model answer: Supervised uses labeled data (X -> y). Unsupervised finds hidden patterns in unlabeled data (clustering/PCA). Self-supervised generates labels from input data (e.g. masked language modeling in BERT/Transformers).
