Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions. Strong expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) Mandatory. Hands-on experience with: FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) FTME/FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition) TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

Experience with On-Premises Hyperion modules. Proven implementation experience across Oracle EPM solutions. Experience integrating Oracle General Ledger (GL) with Oracle EPM using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and FDMEE.

Strong scripting, automation, and reporting capabilities. Experience in solution design and architecture; should be capable of working as a Solution Architect. Ability to design scalable EPM solutions and lead deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM/Hyperion certifications are desirable.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation, migration, and cloud transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Role Expectations: Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Drive deployment, integration, automation, and reporting initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices across Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion environments.
  • Support business planning, consolidation, tax reporting, and financial close processes.
