Live Events Ticketing Coordinator
Frontier
About the role
Frontier is a fastβgrowing subsidiary of Fresh Prints, a New Yorkβbased remoteβfirst organization that has built a strong presence in India and the Philippines. Fresh Prints started as a talentβacquisition partner for highβgrowth tech and media firms and, after three years of flawless client delivery, launched Frontier to focus exclusively on building crossβfunctional teams for global brands. The companyβs culture blends Silicon Valley agility with the collaborative spirit of Indian and Filipino workforces, offering employees the chance to work on highβimpact projects for worldβclass entertainment clients while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote setup.
The Live Events Ticketing Coordinator role sits within the 100x Hospitality ticketing team, a small but highβvelocity group that supports VIP and travelβpackage sales for more than 30 active tours worldwide. Reporting to the Ticketing Manager and receiving dayβtoβday direction from the Ticketing Director, the coordinator owns the reporting cadence that keeps artists, managers, agents, and promoters informed about ticket inventory, sales performance, and settlement details. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines that align with US Eastern business hours.
Key responsibilities include
- Pulling daily and weekly VIP/travelβpackage sales data from Ticketmaster, AXS, Tixr, and venue boxβoffice reports.
- Updating the master counts grid in Google Sheets and preparing perβtour sales summaries (sold, allocated, open, % sold).
- Drafting and sending weekly partner count emails every Wednesday, flagging lagging tours and recommending hold releases.
- Sending a daily counts email by 12 PM ET covering destination events and monitoring the shared inbox for partner queries.
- Confirming VIP package offsells before each show and completing postβshow settlements, including refunds and price adjustments.
- Coordinating with venues and promoters on hold requests, presale links, and ticketing details.
- Spotβchecking pricing and package data across platforms and escalating discrepancies.
- Maintaining upβtoβdate source notes for each tour to ensure knowledge continuity.
- Supporting Guest Services with ticketing questions from VIP buyers.
- Collaborating with automation tools like Claude to streamline repetitive count tasks.
The tech stack revolves around Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Meet), Asana for task management, and ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster (TM1/ISM), AXS, and Tixr. Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data cleaning is essential. The role offers a clear growth path: high performers can move into Ticketing Analyst or Ticketing Manager positions, eventually leading larger portfolios or transitioning into broader operations or clientβsuccess roles within Frontier.
